The units are one or two bedroom of various sizes and comprise a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bedroom/s, bathroom and patio. There is a carport for each unit. (Garage for the freestanding unit)

There is 24-hour security with guards in attendance at the entrance gate.

Life Right Holders nominate a representative who then attends the monthly PADCA management meeting, which takes place at Sunnyside Park Home.

The life rights pricing comprises a system of a reducing refund over a 12 year period and the units are priced accordingly. The monthly levy is calculated according to the size of unit and ranges from R452 – R630 per month
