"I was so warmly welcomed to Woodgrove. From your early
visit to me that day in my chaos to the unexpected but
overwhelmingly welcome lunch hamper from Jane and her crew
and all the other Team-Woodgrove who arrived individually
within hours and the immediate couple of days to ensure
that my shrunken world was simply the best it could be …
and still IS.
Today I cannot begin to say thank you enough to all Woodgrovites for their kindnesses and their caring since Day 1. I honestly feel I’m home. The transition between treading through the foggy motions to being whole, healed, healthy and unexpectedly happy, is beyond my expectations.
I will always remember and be grateful Adele, for your efficiency and professionalism as well as your warm hearted advice and caring right from the first time Peter and I visited you until the present."
"Jenny and I thoroughly enjoyed our meeting with you on Monday. We appreciated the friendly but professional and business-like manner in which you met with us and showed us the T3, T5 and T7 units and were impressed by your ability to provide facts and figures pertaining to these units without having to refer to documentation. The same applied to your honest responses to various questions we asked of you concerning various aspects of life at Woodgrove.
What was important for us was that apart from a short conclusion which was of necessity conducted in your office; the remainder of our meeting was conducted whilst you drove us around Woodgrove and whilst you were showing us around the houses. This ensured that we have retained strong visual impressions of what we were shown to add to the notes taken during the meeting and to the documentation you gave us before we departed.
We enjoyed the time we spent with you as well as the enthusiasm with which you conducted the meeting and thank you for the generous time you allocated to us. "

"I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the care, support and love you have shown my dad during his extended stay at Respite. It was extremely humbling to see how the Carers looked after him, always smiling, always willing to give a helping hand. What a happy bunch!
Thank you to all of you for your nursing expertise and advice, there was not one day when one felt that dad was not taken care of or not taken seriously."
