The 172 independent living units are offered on an extremely advantageous life rights basis, and range in size from 50 to 200 m². The 9 different size options ensure there is a unit to suit every lifestyle.
Woodgrove also has 23 bedsitters (mid-care) available on a life rights basis as well as 16 beds in the frail care facility, where an additional 3 beds are reserved for respite care (temporary convalescent care) for Life Right Holders.
Woodgrove provides a full spectrum of support, catering and administrative services and all areas of the Village are fully accessible by wheel and mobility chairs.

PADCA is the owner and managing agent of the Village ensuring sound administration by an experienced reputable organisation. The title deeds are endorsed under the Housing Development Schemes for Retired People Act 65 of 1988.

The life right at Woodgrove is one of the best in the country. The refund to the life right holder is 70% of the resale price of the unit with an administrative fee of 6% plus vat being charged.
