There is a high demand for the Village. The waiting list is long and so we recommend you make contact early if you, or a family member, are considering Woodgrove for retirement.

The life right at Woodgrove is one of the best in the country. The refund to the life right holder is 70% of the resale price of the unit with an administrative fee of 6% plus vat being charged.
